Jabari Smith Jr. is a basketball player who played for the Auburn University’s Tigers men’s basketball team. He’s the son of former NBA player Jabari Smith Sr., who played for five years in the NBA.
Smith began to play basketball as a sophomore student at Sandy Creek High school. By the end of his senior year, he scored 24.3 points and 10. 4 rebound points per game.
After high school graduation, Smith committed to Auburn University and played for the Tigers men’s basketball team.
As a freshman, he scored 16.9 points, 7.4 rebound points, and 2.0 assists per game and won multiple awards, such as 2022 SEC and NABC Freshman of the Year.
On April 5, 2022, Smith is eligible for the 2022 NBA Draft event on June 23, 2022, and predict as one of the top three prospects to be the first pick from any team. Perhaps he’ll end up joining the Sacramento Kings as his father did.
Smith commented that he could be the greatest basketball player to achieve multiple awards as there are no limits to the sky.
As the 2022 NBA Draft approaches in four weeks, Smith can wait to begin his career as an NBA player and show the fans and his hometown that there’s a reason why he’s known for his skills and passion for guiding a team to win a championship title.
