After seven years of waiting, the Chicago Sky celebrated its victory against the Phoenix Mercury and won its first championship title.
In Game 1, the Chicago Sky prepared to face the Phoenix Mercury for the second time in the finals. In the first quarter, the Sky attempted to block or steal the ball from the Mercury scoring points. However, their attempt to be in the lead came close as the Mercury were five points ahead.
In the second quarter, the Mercury determined to stay in the lead to prevent their opponent team from winning the game. At the end of the second quarter, the Mercury felt disappointment as the Sky were 11 points ahead.
In the third quarter, the Sky focuses on making two-point and three-point shots. At the end of the third quarter, Mercury failed to stop the Sky as the score was 61 points to 74 points.
In the fourth quarter, the Mercury needed 13 points more than the Sky to win the game. At the end of the fourth quarter, the Sky won their first game with 91 points to 77 points.
In Game 2, the Chicago Sky hopes to win another game against the Phoenix Mercury. In the first quarter, the Mercury determined to take the lead as they attempted to block or steal the ball. At the end of the first quarter, the Sky stayed focused with 26 points to 20 points.
In the second quarter, Mercury is willing to score points to catch up with the Sky. At the end of the second quarter, the Sky tied with the Mercury of 40 points.
In the third quarter, the Sky focused on shaking the Mercury off their teamwork and scoring. At the end of the third quarter, the Sky success in the lead with 63 points to 57 points.
In the fourth quarter, Mercury pushes forward to prevent the Sky from winning another game. At the end of the quarter, Mercury tied with the Sky of 79 points.
When two WNBA teams score the same points at the end of the fourth, they enter five minutes of Overtime until the team with the most points wins. Unfortunately, the Mercury took the victory in Game 2, and Sky suffered their first loss. After their first loss from Game 2, the Chicago Sky learned the mistakes and played against the Phoenix Mercury in Game 3.

The Mercury needed to work on their teamwork to lead in the third quarter. At the end of the third quarter, the Mercury failed to stop the Sky from scoring multiple shots as the score reads 38 points to 62 points.
In the fourth quarter, the Sky stick to the plan to win their second game in the finals. At the end of the fourth quarter, the Sky celebrate their victory in Game 2, and the Mercury lose another game.
In Game 4, the Chicago Sky needed one more win to capture a championship title. In the first quarter, the Mercury attempted their skills to block the Sky from scoring points and pass to their teammates. At the end of the first quarter, Mercury leads the game with 28 points to 25 points.
In the second quarter, the Sky determined to push forward as they caught up the points with the Mercury. At the end of the second, the Sky couldn’t handle the pressure as the Mercury were seven points ahead.
In the third quarter, the Mercury stays in the lead as the Sky attempt to find ways to get around their obstacles. At the end of the third quarter, the score reads 63 points to 54 points as Mercury has a high chance to win the game.
In the fourth quarter, the Sky strategy to figure out how to score multiple points without getting blocked by the Mercury. At the end of the fourth quarter, the Chicago Sky went beyond their limits and won the championship title with 80 points to 74 points.
