Tom Konchalski who was the editor, publisher and author of the High School Basketball Illustrated newsletter has passed away at the age of 74. This past weekend he was transiton in hospice care after battling with cancer for sometime. Last May of 2020 Mr. Konchalski retired from scouting high school basketball for over 40 years….
