Candace Parker is a WNBA player who currently plays for the Chicago Sky. Over the last 13 years in her professional career, Parker won multiple awards, including 2x WNBA MVP, 2008 WNBA Rookie of the Year, 3x WNBA Peak Performer, 2016 WNBA Finals MVP, 2016 WNBA Champion, and more.
Her oldest brother, Anthony Parker, was a retired NBA Player from 1997 to 2012 as Shooting Guard/Small Forward. When she’s not playing in the WNBA, Parker spends time with her friends and family and taking care of her daughter, who she has with her ex-husband, Derek Fisher.

On October 6, 2021, the Chicago Sky won a spot in the finals against the Connecticut Sun with 79 points to 69 points. It’s the second time the team advances to the finals since 2014.
During the 2014 WNBA Finals, the Chicago Sky lost its opportunity to capture its first championship title against the Phoenix Mercury. Now, it’s an opportunity as the Sky goes against the Mercury again in the 2021 WNBA Finals and avenges their goal to capture a championship title.
