Missouri has landed another major piece for its 2026 recruiting class. Four-star small forward Aidan Chronister, a 6-foot-7 standout from The New School in Fayetteville, Arkansas, announced his commitment to the Tigers, he told Rivals.
Chronister chose Missouri over Wake Forest, becoming the third commitment in the Tigers’ 2026 class. He joins five-star shooting guard Jason Crowe Jr. and four-star power forward Toni Bryant, giving Mizzou one of the most impressive early hauls in the country.
A versatile wing, Chronister brings a blend of size, skill, and scoring ability that fits perfectly with Missouri’s style of play. He can stretch the floor with his three-point shooting, handle the ball in transition, and create mismatches off the bounce. At 6’7, he has the length and athleticism to defend multiple positions, making him a valuable two-way prospect.
For Missouri, the addition of Chronister signals a continued push to compete at the highest level in the SEC. Pairing his perimeter game with Crowe Jr.’s dynamic scoring ability and Bryant’s inside presence creates a balanced trio that Tiger fans can be excited about.
Head coach and staff have made it clear that Missouri intends to build around versatile playmakers, and Chronister’s commitment reinforces that vision. With the 2026 class shaping up as one of the strongest in program history, the Tigers are positioning themselves as a rising force nationally.
What’s next? Missouri will likely look to add depth at guard and frontcourt to round out its class, but with three highly-ranked commitments already secured, the Tigers have built a foundation that could carry them deep into future March Madness runs.
