Chris Nwuli, a 6-foot-7 power forward from Sierra Canyon High School in Chatsworth, California has committed to Steve Picknell Rutgers Scarlet Knights program. He made his official commitment on Instagram.
He chose Rutgers over Louisville, TCU, USC, UCLA, San Diego State and Utah. Nwuli told ESPN: “I chose Rutgers because I love the way the coaching staff made me feel welcome, and the East Coast is where I want to be.” “I love the energy of the staff. Coach Pikiell breathes basketball, and he cares about his players. He is hard on his guys in practice and encourages them to be better players and people.”
