Jalil Bethea a 6-foot-4 shooting guard from Archbishop Wood HS in Warminster, Pennsylvania committed to the University of Miami. Bethea chose the Hurricanes over Kansas, Villanova, Alabama, and Syracuse.
Bethea commitment on Wednesday, gives the program one of its highest-rated recruits ever the school’s basketball program. “They showed me a lot on my visit. They told me how they will help my game grow,” Bethea told ESPN. “I trust the staff.”
Bethea becomes the third player this month to commit to Miami. He will be joining four star Austin Schwartz and three star Isaiah Johnson-Arigu.
The program has been the coming attraction for recruits since they came off their final four run this past season. Jim Larragana’s Miami basketball have a huge leap with their recruits and will continue to thrive on it.
