Great Osobor transfers to Washington in a huge NIL deal 

Great Osobor a 6-foot-8 250-pound power forward who played at Utah State last season has transfer to Washington. ESPN reported Osobor he will get a name, image and likeness deal that George Landberg of GSL Sports Group has negotiated a $2 million deal for the transfer, as he leaves the Mountain West Conference for the Big Ten.

Osobor a native of England averaged 17.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, 1.4 blocks, 1.3 steals, and 2.8 assists per contest. He was the Mountain West Player of the Year this past season. He followed his head coach Danny Sprinkle, who was hired by Washington this offseason. Sprinkle actually recruited Osobor Montana State before the two went to Utah State. 

Osobor said in a statement to ESPN. “I would like to thank God for putting me in this position,” “Washington will allow me to maximize my potential as a player in my final year of college basketball. Coach Sprinkle has been with me every step of the way since I came from England, and I cannot wait to help the Huskies get back to the NCAA Tournament.”
