Ron Holland’s social media post published Friday afternoon stating that he will re-open his recruitment. 

The 6-foot-8 forward signed a letter of intent to play for the Texas this past November. He said Texas remains a possible landing spot for next season.

Holland was a McDonalds All American and sixth-best prospect in the nation for the class of 2023. He was suppose to be a key part of the longhorns next season. 

Holland averaged 20.3 points and 10.1 rebounds this past season for Duncanville and was the 2023 Texas Gatorade State player of the year.
