Syracuse lands Donnie Freeman

Donnie Freeman, a four star 6-9 forward from St. John’s College High in Washington (DC) has committed to Syracuse. He choose the Orange over Alabama, Georgia Tech, Iowa and Texas.

Freeman said “The visit was pretty straightforward,” “they got straight to the point. Down there, it was strictly about business. Having good conversations, honest conversations. That’s really what meant the most to me was how straightforward it was. Syracuse was really blatant about what they wanted to do with me in that class and I really liked that.”

Freeman joins sharpshooting guard Elijah Moore in Syracuse’s 2024 recruiting class. He is the second commit of the 2024 class.
